Independent power supply of commercial and industrial objets

Energy storage installation represents a number of several energy units, each of which contains 1200 energyBRICK accumulating cells.

Modular structure makes energy units maintenance-friendly and easy to operate

energyBRICK is a unique fully automated energy storage solution for universal accumulation and effective distribution of electrical energy.

energyBRICK represents several pre-manufactured units or “bricks”, rapidly erected at any required location to form a highly effective storage facilities of any size and capacity

Highlights

energyBRICK can be charged with high amperage currents in a matter of minutes using any traditional or alternative power sources. It can be safely stored fully discharged for a long time without compromising its technical specifications.

energyBRICK features high resistance to short circuit – it absorbs all peak electrical shocks and fluctuations, securing twofold safety reserve and providing the highest level of stability and self-sufficiency.

No need to obey the golden rule and charge the units from zero to full to extend its life: energyBRICK can start taking the charge from any level without shortening its lifetime and reducing charging efficiency.

ENERGYBRICK POWER STORAGE
POWER SCALE-UP OF ENERGY STORAGE FACILITIES

1 mW

Energy storage facility

A 1MW energy storage project requires positioning of just 6-8 units. They can be aligned in a straight row to keep the footprint of the facility to minimum.

outd-content-4-big.png

10 mW

Energy storage facility

A 10MW energy storage project requires 60-65 units. Optimal installation layout is 4 double-deck rows of 8 units each.

outd-content-5.png

20 mW

Energy storage facility

A 20MW energyBRICK complex requires positioning of 125-130 units with capacity of 170kW. Triple-decker layout is used.

50 mW

Energy storage facility

A 50MW energy storage project implies positioning of around 300 units of 170kW each. Double-decker layout is used.

Easy Operation and Simple Maintenance

energyBRICK operation is fully automated and can be remotely monitored by just 1 operator.

Replacement of used or faulty “bricks” is incredibly easy: they are simply swapped in a matter of minutes for new ones by a single person, causing no equipment breakdown.

energyBRICK installations require no annual technical maintenance. Servicing of the complex is condition-based and annual checking of the unit’s condition is to be done.

Modular structure allows scaling up the power infinitely by connecting additional energyBRICK units. Commissioning of new units is carried out under normal operating conditions and without system shut-down.

All units can be recharged remotely, using any external power sources without compulsory connection to centralized power grid, and then delivered back to the facility or any other place.

energyBRICK is equipped with inverter, allowing connecting the installations to any type of current power sources.

MODULAR APPROACH
IN PO
WER SCALE-UP

The weight of one energyBRICK unit is less than 2 tons. It allows using a standard forklift to load and unload the units to / from any vehicle or platform.

Thanks to modular design the units are not fixed to a specific place and can be dismantled and relocated if needed.
